Geared towards servers, bartenders, and managers of bars and restaurants, this training covers topics that include: liabilities & responsibilites, consequences of illegal alcohol sales, techniques for checking IDs, identifying signs of intoxication, dealing with problematic situations, staff communication, and useful customer service practices. (4 hours course.)

Spanish Training Available

Our On-Sale course is available in collaboration with Ventura County Behavioral Health. All the information in our training has been developed for Spanish speaking individuals, and is highly recommended if English is their special language.

Special Event Training

A condensed version of our on-sale training, the special event training focuses on exactly what the special event volunteers and staff will need to know to provide safe and legal alcohol service during the event. (2 hour course.)

Off-Sale Training

This course covers everything that is covered in our On-Sale course, however it is geared towards retail locations such as grocery stores, liquor stores, and convenient stores. (3.5 hour course.)

UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF ANY OF OUR COURSES,
THE STUDENT WILL RECEIVE A CERTIFICATION CARD VALID FOR TWO (2) YEARS.
